- This is my favorite marinade for *any* kind of meat (except beef).

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp garlic powder

- Whisk all ingredients together in a shallow container. Add four servings
- of meat (i.e., four half-breasts of chicken, four pork chops, etc.).
- Marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours, turning once.
